• Content: All videos, exercises, tests, feedback, and related materials provided through the Service.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or accessing clean.girl.english, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger) and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

4. Services Provided

The clean.girl.english Course provides:

• Prerecorded video explanations;
• Video speech exercises;
• Tests and assignments;
• Personalized feedback on homework and exercises (for specific tariffs only).

The Course operates on a monthly subscription basis, and your access remains active during the paid subscription period.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are securely processed by Paddle (acting as the Merchant of Record).

• Prices are listed in USD.
• Paddle’s Terms and Privacy Policy also apply to any purchase made through their system.

Your billing and payment information are handled solely by Paddle. We do not directly collect or store your financial data.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but you will continue to have access until the end of the current subscription term.
• Refunds or cancellations must be requested through your Paddle receipt or account.

7. Account and Access

• Access to the Course requires a Kwiga.com account.
• Your access corresponds to the duration of your active subscription.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with others.

8. Intellectual Property

All Course materials—including videos, exercises, tests, feedback, and accompanying resources—are the exclusive property of Individual Entrepreneur Iulia Ciumac.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own educational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or publicly display any content from the Course without prior written consent.

9. Code of Conduct / Fair Use

You may have access to private or group communities associated with the Course. To ensure a positive and supportive environment, you agree to:
